A Delicious Night of Caviar and Champagne at Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant!

Enjoy a night full of delicious luxury as we indulge ourselves with Champagne and Caviar. Join us on Wednesday, September 1st, from 4:30-7:30pm, when we welcome Ali Bolourchi, Caviar Expert at Pacific Plaza Imports to our Wine Bar. Nothing says luxury quite as eloquently and succinctly as Caviar and Champagne. It is the ultimate luxury food and wine combination. Tonight we will explore how heavenly this pairing can be when we bring a Caviar expert together with our very own Queen of Champagne, Debbie Zachareas. Ali will be bringing his best Caviar to Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant and Debbie has the arduous task of tasting every one and choosing which Champagne perfectly matches the taste and texture of these fine offerings. Their expertise will turn into your unbelievable experience when you join them at the wine bar for some lovely nibbles and bubbles and have them explain why each was chosen to pair with the other. There may be some education involved, but who cares, the flavors will be out of this world.

Pacific Plaza Imports will be featuring selections from the Black Sea Caviar farm of Bulgaria, all Genuine Sturgeon products, plus an American farmed Trout Caviar. Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant will be pairing these with selections from our finest Champagne inventory. Together they should create a night worth remembering.
