This juicy, ripe Pinot Grigio has a crowd pleasing flavor and texture with yellow apple notes, a touch of pear skin texture, and some lovely balancing acidity. This is a remarkably versatile wine with enough body and richness to match some big seafood and still crisp enough to cut through a cream sauce. It is also just plain delicious. It was vinified in stainless steel vats to maintain the elegance and purity of the fruit. People often think of Pinot Grigio as a simple wine meant to be quaffed as a cocktail.
