This is a classic Chardonnay from one of the veteran wineries in the Central Coast region. Sourced from their estate vineyards, these Chardonnay grapes exhibit bright acidity and elegant flavors that are the hallmark of Talley's wines, thanks largely to the judicious use of oak. The wine has delicious citrus, yellow apple and pear aromas and matching flavors making it a wonderfully harmonious, fresh Chardonnay with mineral notes and satisfying, perfectly balanced flavors. - Jeff Prather

This is a lovely example of Albarino from the Edna Valley in the Central Coast region of California. One of our favorite summer wines remains Albario for its exotic flavors, refreshing acidity, lightness and versatility. Albario is often compared to a cross between Riesling, for its minerality, and Viognier, for its floral, peachy aroma. This is a classic expression of these characteristics. This wine has great acid but is round and smooth on the palate, with ripe melon and pear fruit, and a lovely long finish. - Jeff Prather
