The crisp white is particularly citrusy in a grapefruit direction; it has a bitter juiciness surrounded by herbal, slightly grassy notes. Lomas del Valle is a relatively little known label from the Casablanca Valley, but given the quality of this Sauvignon Blanc with clean, fresh flavors it could be a rising star in Chile.
