This is a lovely example of a Premier Cru Champagne with rich, toasty flavors in the mouth highlighted by beautiful yeasty aromas and flavor. This is a charming, lighter sparkling wine from the Savoie made from Pinot Noir. It has delicate bubbles and elegant flavors and aromas of crisp yellow apples.
