This is a delightful Rose full of mouthwatering pink and red fruit flavors. It has a lovely bright coral color that is appealing to the eye and a perfume that speaks of spring. Bright and refreshing, the palate tastes like watermelon and ripe cherry. There is enough acid to balance out the fruit but the overall texture in the mouth is quite soft and oh-so-easy to swallow. This is a delightful and tasty Zinfandel that is ripe, complex, and so easy to drink. It has bright fruit with a touch of that spicy, briary character that gives away that it is Zin. It takes the ripeness to the edge without falling over. This balanced wine is full of ripe fruit flavors of boysenberry and other dark, sweet berries that are perfectly ripe, but not jammy. - Jeff Prather
