This fresh and flavorful wine is a blend of 50% Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Syrah, and Merlot, aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. It has a classic earthy nose with juicy layers of cherry, raspberry, spice, and pepper. The fruit is deliciously ripe with a dark chocolatey note and accented with some smoky, rich oak flavors, but balanced with bright acidity. It is certainly showing its youth at the moment with loads of aging potential, but it is drinking very well for such a young wine. This is a very serious, yet charming, old world wine with lots of new world sensibilities from a vibrant winery. This wine is a delicious bargain that could become your go-to wine for everyday meals! - Jeff Prather

This wine has plenty of lively flavors and proudly exhibits a dark ruby color with aromas of spicy blackberries and black cherries along with hints of tobacco and earthiness that are so typical of Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero, where the grape is also called Tinto Fino. In the mouth, this wine has great expressions of dried dark fruit and a bit of spice with an excellent texture. Great value! - Jeff Prather
