New 2012 Class Schedule Posted

We are delighted to announce our new winter/spring wine class schedule which you can view here. Those of you who have attended our classes before know that they are both informative and entertaining. Each new schedule includes the core classes we offer almost every time around - "Wine Tasting Technique Deconstructed," and "Fundamentals of Food & Wine Pairing." Interest in these two is always strong and they usually sell out, so book early. Sign up for all 5 classes in a season and save 20%.

 With each new schedule we also add some special interest programs that are more focused on a region, variety, or some other aspect of wine that we find compelling. This season they will be "Introduction to Wine & Chocolate Pairing," "Exploring the Wines of Sicily," and "Unveiling Riesling."
